In 2017, one of the academic training initiatives around agricultural fertilizers and biostimulants that has been the most successful to date was launched : the Expert Program in Agronutrients and Biostimulants . Remember that this program was promoted by AEFA (Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Agronutrients and Biostimulants) and taught by COIAL (Official College of Agricultural Engineers of Levante) .

This consisted of a training program aimed at Agricultural Engineers and Agricultural Technical Engineers, however, in previous editions chemists, biologists, even economists from within the sector itself, attended, who see in this program the necessary training “lever” to better understand all areas of the company and, with this, improve their job expectations and be able to move up the corporate organization chart.

To date, there have been two editions and both with the same results: 100% of the student body and with highly qualified jobs. And it is not surprising, since there is a need for companies that manufacture these products to have this professional profile on their teams.

III Expert Program in Agronutrients and Biostimulants

Thus, after the success of these two editions, we report on the launch of the III Expert Program in Agronutrients and Biostimulants, which will take place in the city of Valencia (Spain), from October 30, 2020 to June 26, 2021 This will be taught in a mixed way: a face-to-face part subject to COVID19 conditions and the other online.

One of the characteristics that make the Program improve, edition after edition, is the incorporation of new subjects and those advances that allow a rigorous training to be given, an aspect highly valued by companies in the sector. In fact, it is precisely they, members of AEFA, who together with the COIAL evaluate the implementation of these advances.

Among the objectives and benefits of the Program is acquiring a complete vision of the agronutrients and agricultural biostimulants sector through technical knowledge, scientific training, the study of the regulatory framework, negotiation strategies, learning about consultative sales, corporate communication and the behavior of the foreign market.

With this advanced technical base, their qualification enables students to work in departments of R + D + i, regulatory, market Access, analysis, or consultative sales, for example.

To achieve a global vision that allows promotion within the organizational structures, the Program includes aspects such as the study of real cases in its methodology, which allows the analysis of complex team situations, flipped classroom (reverse class), master class and seminars, business meetings and practical workshops.
